- Keep a cold water bottle on your nightstand and drink it first thing in the morning. Helps keep you hydrated after sleeping and relieves stress on your body.
- Make your bed right away. Give your space a neat and airy feel. And makes it feel more rewarding when you go to bed.
- Open a window/ light a candle. Helps cleanse any bad energy from your space that may have built up over time and helps it smell sweet.
- Have proper breakfast. Fruits, nuts and avocados are easy additive for a balanced meal. Try to coordinate your breakfast to reflect your day/mood i.e., pancakes for light/girly mood, acai for healthy/adventurous mood.
- Wear cute new outfits everyday. It's not ideal for the skin to sit in the same clothes too long so change your loungewear, pajamas daily even if you aren't leaving your residence. Helps if you get cute outfit sets that excites you.
